**Important Note: This Information Applies Only to Physical Products and Not Hair Packages**

Order Processing:
Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) for physical products will be processed for dispatch within 1-4 working days, depending on order volume. Orders received during weekends or public holidays will be prepared for dispatch within 24 hours, starting from the next business day. While we always strive to ship your complete order, if a product becomes unavailable during processing, we will contact you to determine the best way to fulfill your delivery requirements.

Delivery Fees:
For orders under R500.00 ZAR, the delivery fee is R99.00 ZAR.

Please note that we exclusively deliver within South Africa. Our shipping hub is located in Pretoria, and all orders are shipped via local courier services, specifically through The Courier Guy.

Please be aware that all parcels are dispatched with courier services that require a signature. If you choose to leave your parcel in a designated location, please understand that we cannot take responsibility for its safe receipt.

Delivery Timeframes:
Upon dispatch, please allow a span of 4 to 9 working days for delivery. Rural deliveries might necessitate an additional 2 days. Although we do not impose extra charges for hazardous goods, please bear in mind that during periods of high courier volume, such items could lead to delivery delays of up to 8 days. The shipping estimations provided on this platform are based on average delivery times for the specific product, contingent upon customers furnishing accurate shipping details. While we make every effort to adhere to these shipping timelines, any delays due to incomplete shipping information or tardy courier services will not be our responsibility.

Factors like adverse weather conditions, promotional periods, public holidays, and delivery network glitches can all contribute to delays in delivery.

Should your order fail to arrive within 10 days, kindly refer to your member account for the order status. If your order has been dispatched and the specified delivery timeframe has passed without receipt, please don't hesitate to contact us.
